The New Normal Society promotes acceptance of individuals with autism.

acceptance. awareness. advocacy. autism.

Founded in 2012, The New Normal Society strives to create, support, and deliver a variety of recreational, social, occupational and educational programs for the benefit of teens and young adults with autism and their families. We promote acceptance, genuine friendships and inclusion for individuals on the autism spectrum and their typically-developing peers through partnerships with local community organizations and businesses.

We are currently piloting several programs that include a hydroponic gardening experience, cooking and culinary classes, specialized tutoring for high-school and beyond, horseback riding, art classes and job training/coaching. We also offer entertaining and informative presentations for public and private schools, civic organizations, and churches on fostering empathy and understanding for individuals with autism.
