acceptance. awareness. advocacy. autism.
Founded in 2012, The New Normal Society strives to create and support a variety of recreational, social, occupational and educational programs for the benefit of teens and young adults with autism and their families. We promote acceptance, genuine friendships, and inclusion for individuals on the autism spectrum and their typically-developing peers.
The New Normal Society also offers entertaining and informative presentations for public and private schools, civic organizations, and churches on fostering empathy and understanding for individuals with autism. We have created a new web series, 'A Class of Your Own,' to support families who have made the difficult decision to homeschool in the midst of a global health crisis.
